Jarrett Creative is an independent entertainment production company that produces such series as “Boston’s Finest,” which recently premiered its 2nd season on TNT, the recently aired “Alaskan Women Looking for Love” on TLC and the soon-to-premiere “Mother of all Talent” for TVGN. We also produce fan-favorites such as "Celebrity Ghost Stories," "The Haunting Of,” “I Killed My BFF” and have active development with A&E, AMC, Discovery, Lifetime, History and Sundance Channel.

We are currently looking for Development Interns (current students only) to assist with the day-to-day activities of running our production office, specifically the Development Department.

We constantly have several projects in various stages of development and production, which entail a range of duties and responsibilities. Interns will be asked to perform a number of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Brainstorming New Show Ideas and Attending Departmental Meetings

- Creating Project Pitch Packages

- Logging Submissions

- Reading and Reviewing Submissions

- Extensive Research for Shows in Early Development

- Writing Script & Book Coverage

- Departmental Correspondence

- Updating Package & DVD Logs

- Running Professional Errands

- Assistance with the overall development of existing projects and the discovering of new ones

Interns must possess the ability to work well under time constraints and to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone! Writing, researching and video editing experience is a BIG plus.

SALARY: Unpaid/Credit Only
