Each hour-long episode of “Mark of a Serial Killer” (AKA “Mark of a Killer”) follows the investigation of a serial killer’s homicides, guided by the murderer’s postmortem signature. In every case, what is taken away or left behind from the scene of the crime ends up becoming a trademark clue that aids the investigators in stopping these murders and bringing the killer to justice. Featuring first-hand accounts from detectives who worked on the cases, interviews with criminal psychology experts, and testimonies from the victims’ loved ones, “Mark of a Killer” immerses the viewers in each investigation, guiding them through every twist and turn as law enforcement races to catch the killer… before he strikes again.
