THE JARRETT CREATIVE Team

Julie Insogna-Jarrett & Seth Jarrett, Co-Owners and executive Producers

Company owners, executive producers, and real-life husband and wife Seth Jarrett and Julie Insogna-Jarrett are entertainment industry veterans. They first met while working at MTV during the height of the MTV craze. After they each spent many years cutting their teeth there, Julie went on to become a senior-level music and talent executive, first at Lifetime then at Oxygen, and Seth became an in-demand showrunner for TV series like “Growing Up Gotti.”

In 2005, with over a decade of experience under their belts, Seth and Julie decided to found their own production company, and Jarrett Creative Group was born. Since then, they have brought more than 30 unscripted series to life on screen, including groundbreaking and critically-acclaimed shows such as "Boston’s Finest," "Celebrity Ghost Stories," and "I Killed My BFF." In 2014, when they were well-established as power players in the unscripted sector, Seth and Julie set out to conquer scripted entertainment as well. The result was Jarrett Creative’s first feature film, “I Killed My BFF,” inspired by their hit TV series of the same name. And for the last 10 years, Jarrett Creative has been successfully producing unscripted and scripted content concurrently, including feature films for Lifetime, Hallmark, and BET+.

However, Seth and Julie’s expertise and talents go beyond producing. Seth is also a seasoned director, having directed three of Jarrett Creative’s films in addition to Aloha Heart, a Hallmark Original Movie. Julie owns and operates another small business, fitness studio Prime Cycle + Body in Hoboken, NJ, where she is also a spin and barre instructor.

Jamie Kiliany, Senior Director of Development

Senior Director of Development Jamie Kiliany has nearly a decade of experience in both unscripted and scripted television and film development. Immediately after graduating from NYU, she had the amazing opportunity to come work at Jarrett Creative as an associate in the development department, and she has been working her way up the ladder ever since. With Jarrett Creative, Jamie has developed hundreds upon hundreds of original concepts and formats such as true crime anthologies, docusoaps, game shows, ghost shows, social experiments, historical docs, scripted thrillers, rom coms, and everything in between. Jamie played an instrumental role in securing green lights for series and films such as “Lone Star Justice,” “Mark of a Serial Killer,” “Sneaker Hustle,” “Death Saved My Life,” and “Ruined.” Some of her favorite projects to date include a reality series pilot that she sold to Hulu, and a groundbreaking new series that is currently in development at TLC.

When Jamie isn’t working, she’s probably watching other unscripted series and taking notes. Development never stops!
